Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. UK orders should arrive within 2 working days after shipping. European orders aim to deliver in 3-5 working days, and everywhere else aims to deliver in 5-7 working days.

I am based in the UK but I do ship internationally using Royal Mail. The price of delivery has been calculated individually for each item depending on its value and weight, which is why there is only one shipping option available.

I am based in Bristol (UK) - if you would prefer to collect an order yourself in Bristol, contact me and I can arrange this and refund your delivery cost.

Please note that international customers will be responsible for any relevant customs charges or tax as well as any import or handling charges that may apply in their country. Please check any relevant fees that may apply in your country before placing an order.

All shipping prices are calculated by weight, so unfortunately I don't offer reduced shipping price for multiple orders. However, if you do order multiple items and I manage to pack all items in the same box safely to reduce shipping costs, I will send you a partial refund for your delivery cost.

Returns Policy
I hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you change your mind and wish to return an item, let me know within 14 days of your delivery.

Please contact me to let me know why you are returning your order and I will then contact you to explain the next steps. A full refund can only be issued once the item has arrived back to me and is in the same condition it was sent in.

Shipping costs are non-refundable so (with the exception of damaged items) the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. I will send you a returns postage sticker for you to print out and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund.

Please return your item in good condition, ideally with its original packaging. If the item is damaged on return due to poor packaging, I will not be able to offer a refund.

Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of ordering. Please contact me if you need to cancel your order in this time.

As every item is unique, I cannot offer exchanges.
